Last updated: 1 July 2026. By booking a tour or service with Mahir Travel Agency, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & Payment

A 25% advance payment confirms your booking. The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours before your travel date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation Policy

• 7+ days before departure: full refund minus 5% processing fee
• 3–6 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 72 hours before departure: non-refundable

Itinerary Changes

Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, temple closures, road conditions or local authority restrictions. We will always inform you promptly and offer the closest reasonable alternative.

Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are expected to carry valid government-issued ID, follow driver safety instructions, and arrive on time at agreed pickup points.

Liability

Mahir Travel Agency is not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, political disruption, or third-party service failures. Travel insurance covering personal belongings and medical emergencies is included with every package.
